Orders Outside the UK
Delivery on Overseas orders will be calculated and charged according to weight. Should the weight limit for some countries be exceeded the shipping charge will be calculated manually and charged separately. You will be informed of the charge and will need to agree the charge prior to your order being dispatched.
Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory ‘cooling off’ period of seven business days from the day you place your order or the day you receive your goods (whichever is the longer), in which time you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us and a full refund will be given, including any original delivery charges. Simply post your goods back to us at Lancashire Family History & Heraldry Society, 2 Straits, Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, BB5 3LU, U.K. in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels attached, together with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining your requirements. Please quote your order number when returning goods. If in doubt please call us for advice.
Postage/Carriage will be charged on all goods returned unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. If you are returning faulty goods, please return them in a clean condition as we are unable to accept any soiled goods.
All queries, requests or complaints should be directed to The Secretary, Lancashire Family History & Heraldry Society, 2 Straits, Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, BB5 3LU, U.K. (Telephone 01254-239919) and will be dealt with by The Secretary personally.
