The Branch is currently meeting monthly online via Zoom on the 4th Thursday of each month at 6.45pm.
There will be no meeting in December.

Each meeting is devoted to a particular location in the Ribble Valley. Details of the meetings location only become available when joining instructions are issued ahead of each meeting. Previous meetings have covered Calderstones Asylum and the Welds of Leagram :Park Chipping among many others .
The branch was formed not only to cover the Parliamentary Constituency area of that name, but also to cover those parishes which were in the former Bowland Rural District of Craven and remained with Skipton Parliamentary Constituency when the Local Government changes took place in 1974.
Since the formation of the branch, their project interests have taken members well beyond the scope described above, and very much now consider the Craven districts through which the River Ribble flows down to Ribchester as part of the branch.

This treasure trove includes valuable information from places like Bolton-by-Bowland, Chipping, Slaidburn, Clitheroe, Gisburn, and the website Ribble Valley Remembrance, among many others.
